Jenny recently ran a painting workshop for a group of young adults with mild to moderate disabilities at Stellar Experiences and did an amazing job! She arrived well prepared and organised, with a thoughtful setup for each guest and high quality materials. Jenny led the class confidently, gave clear instructions, and created a welcoming and inclusive environment. She adapted beautifully to different skill levels and made all of our guests feel comfortable and engaged. She was professional, friendly and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Paint Your Way - Beginner’s Painting Class One with Jenny Adams
Canberra and Region Visitors Centre
Join Jenny for a relaxed and welcoming beginner’s painting class inspired by nature, colour and wellbeing. This hands-on session is designed for those with little or no painting experience and focuses on creative exploration rather than technical perfection.
Jenny has been painting for over twenty years and is known for her distinctive style—drawing out bold shapes, layering vibrant colours and incorporating decorative elements to express her personal response to the natural world. Her work often reflects everyday experiences of nature, from walking and swimming to the deep bonds people share with animals, and the positive role these connections play in mental health.
In this class, Jenny will guide participants step-by-step, encouraging confidence, experimentation and enjoyment of the painting process. All materials are provided, and you’ll take home your own 40 cm x 50 cm finished artwork.
